All orders are processed promptly and are quite frequently even shipped the same day we receive the order. Your items will typically arrive on your doorstep in as few as two and rarely more than four or five business days.
Current Note on Shipment Time Frames (March 2004): Due to many current factors beyond our control such as extremely high demand nationwide, and a worldwide shortage of raw materials, the time frame to fill orders has become quite unpredictable, ranging from our usual same to next day to more than a month. This time frame hinges largely on the manufacturer's ability to keep us stocked. We apologize for the inconvenience. Please do let us know if your order is urgent and we will do our best to expedite it.
As you are finalizing your order, please indicate if your shipping address is a commercial or residential location and include a daytime phone number in the "Special Instructions" field for the Freight Carrier's use in contacting you if they need to, once your shipment has arrived.
Once we have sent your shipment on the road, we will send your Tracking Number(s) and information on the Freight Carrier so you can watch your goods make their way your direction if you like.
IMPORTANT: Always be sure to thoroughly inspect shipments immediately upon receipt at the dock or preferably while the driver is still present, if delivered to your door. If by some stroke of misfortune, you do happen to find any damage, you will want to either refuse the shipment, or immediately file a damage report with the Freight Carrier. They are responsible to compensate you for all damages, should any occur. Please be sure to read the additional tips on receiving shipments, which you will receive immediately after placing your order, as well as those in the E-mail you will receive with the details of your specific shipment.
Replacement parts are readily available for most items, should the need ever arise.
RETURNS: Accepted only with prior home office approval. Refunds will be issued promptly upon receipt of returned merchandise and will be the amount paid less all shipping costs we have incurred each way, and less a 20% restocking fee. Returns must be new and unused.
